Nathan Edward Carter is a native of Rochester, NY, a graduate of Michigan State University, and a professional football player for the Atlanta Falcons. He is the author of If I’m Not By Your Side: Legacy of Faith and Wisdom for the Next Generation and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Liberty University.

Nathan carries a deep passion for the Gospel and is committed to living a life that testifies to the grace of God. From Haiti to South Africa to the Dominican Republic, he has been involved in mission work from a young age, shaping his heart for service and global ministry. His boldness and clarity in communicating biblical truth have led him to speak at schools, churches, and events across the country.

Whether on the field or behind a microphone, Nathan’s desire is to help people encounter Jesus Christ and develop a vibrant, passionate relationship with God.

Nathan has been married to his wife, Madison, since May 2024, whom he met during his time at Michigan State.
